3. Return Shipping Method
All returns must be shipped using a trackable postal service. This is for your protection and ours, ensuring the package's journey can be monitored until it reaches our facility.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Customer Remorse (Change of mind, wrong size, or style preference): The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. Wolfmarsh does not provide pre-paid labels for elective returns. You may use carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, the return is completely free ($0.00). We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to print and use at no cost.
5. No Restocking Fees
We believe in straightforward service. Wolfmarsh does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

While the customer pays for the return shipping to us, Wolfmarsh will cover the shipping cost of the new replacement item sent out to you.
Order Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour window for cancellations. If you need to revoke your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage (after 24h), it can no longer be cancelled.
